First crack at making homemade raviolis with the new pasta maker |
To help continue the Italian tradition of ravioli making, I asked for a pasta maker for Christmas. It had been in its box since I unwrapped it, and it had been staring me down every weekend taunting me to open it up and get started. With the help of Brian, I got enough courage to give it a shot and we made what turned out to be an overly bitter Arugula and Goat Cheese Ravioli. The pasta was so perfect though. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it. Looking forward to the next time.
