We've been telling Ava how Val loves to go swimming after a hike so Bob decided to bring Ava along on our Saturday morning tradition. Bob mentioned that Ava had been saying all week, "Bian, Juwie, Wal Wal" over and over again until Saturday morning when they left. It was Ava's first hike and while I don't have a picture, Ava actually did most of the hiking - pink shoes and all. The trail is under some construction so there are little pink and blue flags along the path. Ava kept running up to the flags saying, "Ava have pink flag?" Pictured above is Ava watching Val swim. Ava seemed to enjoy it and it took all our attention to make sure she didn't jump in with her.
