One of our goals is to visit as many ballparks as we can. Together we have been to Camden Yards in Baltimore, AT&T Park in San Francisco, PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Coors Field in Denver, and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Brian has also been to Yankee's Stadium, but I don't count anything that we haven't been to together.
But I must admit there is nothing better than going to a ballpark when one of the teams playing is the Phillies. We love baseball and the Phillies. On Labor Day we took the train down to Washington, D.C. to visit Nationals Park and watch the Nats (that's what they call them down there) play the Phillies. We had awesome seats (6 rows away from the National's Dugout). I also rate seats on how good you can see Chase Utley's ass - picture below for you to judge.
While the Phillies couldn't pull off a win to the worst playing team in the Eastern Division of the National League - we still had a great time. We walked all over, drank lots of beer and ate our standard ballpark grub. Very clean ballpark (a little empty) and really nice. If you have the chance you should go because you will really enjoy it.
Brian and I are hoping for another division win this year. While I am very optimistic, Brian is another story...but we won't let that energy come through on this post. Go Phils!
