Dinner at Chifa

My Kappa sisters who live in the Philadelphia region have made it a point to try to get together each month for dinner in the city. This month we went to Chifa - a restaurant with a unique hybrid of peruvian & cantonese cuisine. The food was fantastically flavorful & we enjoyed the small plates that we ordered.
